Control and verification

As soon as the materials enter our company, they undergo a series of inspections to verify their quality and ensure they are ready to be delivered with the assurance that the customer will receive them in perfect condition, as required by the European market.

Below, we outline the steps followed for verification:

  • Receipt of goods.
  • Cutting of a "master" sample from each reference and color.
  • Verification of each of the required factors.
  • Archiving of the attached master sample in the event of a positive outcome.

We also present the format for incoming quality control.

This sample will be retained for any future verification. Additionally, we ensure that subsequent productions are as similar as possible, within the corresponding tolerances.

  • Double measurement of each roll; first in one direction and then in the opposite direction.
  • During measurement, identification and marking of any potential defects.
  • Replacement of the tube, typically with a more durable one.

Next, we illustrate various winding processes:

  • Double transparent film packaging.
  • Labeling and classification.

Through labeling, we can identify the supplier, in code, net meters, gross meters, any applicable bonuses, and classification codes.

Our company retains a quality control report for each of the pieces sent. Should there be any complaints, the customer must inform us of the label's footage, as well as the batch and invoice to which it belongs.

We also provide an example of a label.

This label contains internal information, such as the storage location.

All these processes are exclusively carried out by our company to differentiate ourselves from the competition and to ensure that the customer feels confident that their investment in materials is secure.
